I have lived on three continents and traveled to many countries and consider myself a world citizen. I love the beauty and complexity of the human mosaic as I see a unity across this diversity. The common tread in-spite of different culture, language, race and beliefs, is the fact that all desire a satisfied life for themselves a and their families. My love for humanity enriches me in creating bridges easily and naturally. I have experience in working well with a wide variety of people building successful relationships and helping them to find their answers.
I am passionate about each person’s potential and determined to partner with them so they can access their inner resourcefulness. I believe strongly that each person is like a mine with valuable gems, each uniquely to his or her own. As a coach I have the privilege of accompany the person to excavate these gems. In this exploration and discovery the person will have access to possibilities never available before. This core belief gives me the keen sense of always finding beauty in everyone and championing them even when they cannot see it themselves.

My gift of strong intuition guides me to get to the core of the issue and to hone the strengths that inspire people. This presents itself in two forms which provides a shortcut for understanding between me and the client. One is a focused visual sense, which provides a powerful portrayal of the situation. I then am able to translate this immediately to the client and creates a strong clarity like a door of understanding. The other form is the usage of metaphor, which creates an instant reference imagery for the client to connect with the issue. Utilizing these two inherent abilities gives me a unique tool set to support my client with an easy and comprehensible path to understanding deep and meaningful underlying issues.
My sense of humor assists the client to walk on fearful paths, which otherwise would be to daunting to tread. I have lived in so many different parts of the world with different languages and cultures. I had to dig deep and call upon previously unknown strengths to overcome challenges. And I found my sense of humor always assisted me, especially when confronted with cultural misunderstandings, and I was, with humor, always able to bring about harmony. As a coach I found this gift is instrumental to who I am as an authentic person and it supports me to assist the clients.
As an Electrical Engineer my desires to find answers were always ignited by finding solutions for challenges. The more complex the task was the more i was inspired to find the solution. As a coach I take a great joy in knowing that I enable others to overcome their own difficulties and find their own answers from within. I am a dedicated, dynamic co-active coach, capable of understanding your goals and supporting you to arrive at your dreams.
After graduating from Arizona State University and working in my field, I made a career choice to work with people rather than electrical circuits. My understandings of systems and structure assisted me well, for I have since held officer positions with non-profit organizations for many years. During four of the last ten years I worked as a consultant for a Chicago-based organization. Most recently was promoted as the department head tasked with inspiring members to action while managing staff who, through the training of consultative skills, focused on helping members meet service and relocation challenges.
I received my coaching training and "Certified Professional Co-active Coach" (CPCC) certification of coaching through The Coaches Training Institute, largest and oldest coaching school in the world. I received my "Associate Certified Coach" accreditation from International Coach Federation (ICF), the international organization which supports coaches and coaching industry globally. The two important values of mine are connectivity and service, and as a life coach I serve anyone who wishes to make a change and sculpt their own lives and partner with them to live this dream every day.
