My Delivery Approach

First Step

You will complete and submit our online assessment documents prior to our Discovery session. These will help both you and us to learn about your goals, strengths, challenges and more.

Discovery Session

Our initial appointment, the two-hour Discovery session, is meant to jump start our relationship. During our first session together we will be designing our coaching relationship (how we will work together), how you want us to coach you and what tools and structures we will bring to the task. Most of this session will be discovery — this is when you will inform your coach on who you are, what you wish for in your life and what your coach is holding for you as your vision. You also will be trained in some concepts and tools of our coaching.

Upon completion of this stage you will receive a report, a "road map" summary of that session, to see the overall plan for our coaching. We will revisit/modify these goals during the coaching process to make the best possible investment of time and energy to fulfill them. 

Scheduled Coaching Sessions

Our sessions are via phone call.  We “meet” on the previously agreed maximum  two hours per month, and “lock in” a time that works consistently for both of us. You will be on time for each session and generate the topic of your choice for each coaching session. Upon completion of each session, assignments are agreed for the next session. You are accountable for the actions decided and will communicate as both agreed – via text, e-mail or phone.

Ad-Hoc

We would be available for short (5 to 10 min) sessions for the sharing of a particular success or a problem at non-coaching times. You may contact us via text, phone or email as agreed.  You are accountable for the actions decided at the coaching session and will inform the coach by means approved by both.

Extension 

At the end of the agreed coaching duration we will examine the progress of your goals. If you wish to extend to include additional sessions, we will start a new series of coaching to supplement the previous sessions. We also update our agreement. 

The Completion Session

On the final coaching session, a review of the goals, and outcomes will take place. Future goals are determined and our relationship will be concluded. We will reflect on benefits from the coaching process and lessons learned. We will examine your recognition and acknowledgement of your personal growth, as well as your actions taken towards achieving  your original goals. We will also discuss your habits in sustaining your current successes as we celebrate your personal growth.
